About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Project Manager to take ownership of the final stages of our project lifecycle. You’ll ensure everything wraps up smoothly — confirming customer satisfaction, coordinating final documentation, and helping our billing team get the invoice out on time.

What You'll Be Doing

Final Package Review

• Review completed project close-out packages to ensure all deliverables are documented, accurate, and ready for submission.

Customer Satisfaction Call

• Contact the customer within 48 hours of package review to confirm they’re satisfied with:
• Our team’s work
• The overall process
• The final deliverables

Handoff to Billing

• Within 24 hours of the satisfaction call, send the final invoice and documentation to our Billing Department.

Billing Coordination

• Collaborate with the Billing Manager, who will issue the invoice within 24–48 hours of receiving your package.
