Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing one or more projects within the company, driving the successful delivery of technology solutions that meet business needs. This role blends project management and business analysis responsibilities, including defining and testing business requirements, managing project timelines, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensuring deployment success.

The Project Manager also supports related activities such as training, documentation, governance, and reporting. This position collaborates closely with company-side resources (Stakeholders, Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Technology Architects), advisors, and third-party vendors.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, committed, and a fast learner, while being adaptable, coachable, and open to new approaches to technology solution projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects.
  • Define and document business requirements, including personas, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Summarize requirements for end user and stakeholder reporting.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Write and execute test cases with full traceability to requirements.
  • Design and document business processes, activity diagrams, and use cases in tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, Lucid, and Smartsheet.
  • Manage collaboration and sign-off across stakeholders.
  • Prepare status reports and project work summaries using standard templates and gate review decks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to meet project milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support deployment planning, documentation, and training activities.
