**Job Overview:** ****Relocation & Sign On Bonus Eligible**** The Process Engineer will support the KDP Spartanburg Manufacturing Site, reporting to the Senior RCI Manager. This role is instrumental in identifying and eliminating sources of waste across manufacturing operations. The Process Engineer will drive operational excellence through structured problem-solving, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about optimizing processes, reducing variability, and enhancing productivity in a collaborative, hands-on environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate the eight wastes of lean (e.g., downtime, defects, overproduction, motion, inventory, waiting, transportation, and underutilized talent). + Lead and support structured problem-solving activities (e.g., A3s, 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams) to drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions. + Facilitate and support kaizen events, Gemba walks, and other lean activities to improve operational efficiency. + Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. + Partner with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to implement process changes that enhance safety, quality, and throughput. + Support the development and implementation of standard work and visual management tools. + Assist in training frontline teams on lean tools and continuous improvement practices. + Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the plant. **Total Rewards:** + *$15,000 Sign On Bonus* + Relocation Assistance* + Salary Range: $96,800 - $145,000 + Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors + Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement + Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility + Benefits eligible Day 1! **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering or a related field preferred. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. + Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies. + Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels. + Hands-on approach with a strong bias for action and delivering results. + Experience with basic mechanical and/or electrical systems is a plus. + Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly. **Company Overview:** Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a leading beverage company in North America, with a portfolio of more than 125 owned, licensed and partner brands and powerful distribution capabilities to provide a beverage for every need, anytime, anywhere.
