The Woodlands Heating & Air Conditioning is a locally owned, full-service heating and air conditioning contractor. Our service area includes The Woodlands and surrounding communities. We are currently looking to hire an experienced and licensed Plumbing Professional for immediate hire.

As a Sales/Service Plumber, you will start your day from home and drive your company vehicle directly to your first call. You will be thoroughly trained to represent all of The Woodlands' services and work with the best tradesman in the industry. By building relationships with our customers and putting their needs first, you will present options for short-term and longer-term solutions that the customer can choose from. Our generous incentive-based pay plan and steady work will make you a top earner in your field!

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
· Plumbing License (Master, Journeyman, Tradesman)
· 1+ years solid, lead residential plumbing experience
· Ability to handle physical workload
· Strong communication and customer service skills, friendly and approachable
· Ability to work with high degree of integrity and promote positive company image
· Analytical, focused on quality, and results-driven
· Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
· Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business
· Clean driving record and current driver's license
· Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background screening
