Responsibilities:

• In the role of Platform DevOps Engineer II, you will lead a transformative phase in software engineering, focusing on the blend of development and operations through a comprehensive cloud-based platform. Your key tasks will include:
• Supporting the transition of a system tightly linked to its underlying infrastructure.
• Assisting in the design, development, integration, and support of build, integration & test, and deployment pipelines optimized for performance and scalability in cloud environments.
• Leveraging company best practices to enhance scalability, consistency, and reduce deployment time while automating configuration management.
• Collaborating with software engineers, data scientists, and agile teams to design and implement robust platform solutions.
• Integrating security and compliance measures such as encryption and access management into the platform.
• Providing operational support for the platform.

We seek candidates with a BS/BA degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Physics) and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Your background should include:

- Proficiency with automation frameworks such as Terraform, Ansible, and Chef.
- Experience with various programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, Bash).
- Familiarity with deploying and configuring CI/CD Pipeline tools and working within a DevSecOps framework.
