About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Time,  Pharmacy Technician  with a current New Jersey Pharmacy Technician License and CPhT or EXCPT certification to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our growing patient base by preparing and dispensing medications using both automated and manual systems.

Unlike traditional retail settings, this position offers variety in your daily responsibilities — without the constant customer-facing retail pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and label prescription orders for dispensing
• Dispense medications using automated equipment and manual methods (vials/bottles)
• Stage prescriptions for final pharmacist verification
• Manage stock: mark out-of-stock items, reverse status when restocked
• Place medication orders via our internal system
• Collaborate with pharmacists and patient care specialists for reshipments
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient data
• Complete required company training and certifications
• Participate in cross-training for other pharmacy-related roles

Required Qualifications

• NJ State Pharmacy Technician License (Active)
• National Certification: CPhT (PTCB) or EXCPT (NAHP)
• Basic computer literacy and comfort working with pharmacy systems
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
