Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Social. This role will be responsible for building, managing and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, B2C & B2B. Additionally, this role will provide clients with strategy, account management and industry best practices. This role will also help clients think through ad creatives and test plans, pixel tracking, and campaign performance, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • 3+ years experience running paid social media campaigns
  • Proven track record of successful paid campaign management and optimization
  • Primary Expertise in Meta & LinkedIn
  • Secondary Expertise in Google ads and TikTok are a plus
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and creative testing
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and digital marketing analytics, such as Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven experience creating presentations and presenting to clients/leadership
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

$70,000-$100,000 per year
