We’re hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/SLPA) to join our outpatient therapy team and support pediatric clients in a collaborative, clinician-led setting.

What You'll Do:

SLP Duties:

  • Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with articulation, language, voice, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care with measurable goals
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Document care using Raintree EMR and maintain a manageable caseload

Requirements

What You'll Need:

For SLPs:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible state SLP license
  • CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
