Responsibilities :

• Conduct evaluations to assess the needs of children and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one, or group therapy sessions in a variety of environments, including homes, schools, and community settings
• Support families through built-in consultative calls to improve carryover of goal areas, and provide updates as needed
• Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child
• Use evidence-based interventions and techniques to help children develop skills in areas such as fine motor coordination, sensory integration, self-care, social and play skills
• Document and track progress toward goals using electronic medical records, collaborate with parents through Google Classroom

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Licensed Occupational Therapist in Florida
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy
• Feeding experience preferred
• Passion for working with children and families
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
