Description High School Diploma required, Associates Degree in I.T. related field preferred 2 years experience required working as an I.T. Technician providing end user support required 3 years experience working with Mac and PC computers required 3 years experience phone & printer troubleshooting required 3 years experience required performing basic software and network troubleshooting 5 years experience working with Windows, Mac OS X, iOS, ServiceNow, MS Outlook, Excel, Word & Powerpoint. 2-5 years experience providing phone and desk side support Ability to write technical materials to communicate "how to" instructions Ability to work effectively on a team Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment Detail oriented Knowledgeable of new technologies Proficient in desktop operating systems and productivity applications.
