Patient Access Representatives – Beverly Hills, CA (On-Site to Remote, Contract-to-Perm)

We’re hiring 12 Patient Access Representatives to join a growing call center team supporting multiple departments across a major health system in Southern California. This full-time, contract-to-perm opportunity offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment with strong potential for long-term growth and eventual conversion to permanent employment.
Openings:
Start Date: November 17, 2025
Location: Beverly Hills, CA (On-site initially, remote after training)
Duration: 6-month contract with likely extensions up to/over 1 year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, must be available for any shift between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role
This position is part of a system-wide initiative to expand the Patient Access Contact Center (PAC) . The PAC team is undergoing significant growth to support the onboarding of 91 specialty service lines over the next 3–4 years . Each service line takes approximately 8–10 months to fully integrate, and this team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth transitions and consistent patient access experiences across the health system.
You’ll be responsible for high-volume inbound call handling, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and patient support across multiple departments. After completing 2–3 months of on-site training and passing performance assessments, you’ll transition to remote work.
