Job Description

Our client, a mission-driven organization, is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support their busy office in Glen Burnie, MD!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and handle general inquiries.
  • Process monthly mailings and routine incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Draft and prepare written correspondence.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and support office supply inventory.
  • Coordinate travel and hotel accommodations for officers.
  • Other duties, as requested.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data entry skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Position Information:

  • $22/hr-$25/hr, depending on experience.
  • Part-time schedule, approximately 25 hours per week, may be opportunity for more hours in future.
  • 9am-5pm with 1 hour lunch
  • Ability to work 100% on-site in Glen Burnie, MD.
  • Flexible hours and a supportive team environment!
