The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Paid Meta Specialist to lead our paid social advertising efforts on Facebook and Instagram. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of our paid Meta advertising strategy and execution. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through high-performing campaigns that align with our luxury brand positioning. Initially, this role will require a commitment of 1-2 days per week, with the potential to scale as we grow.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive paid Meta advertising strategy to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle: campaign structure, campaign and ad units setup, audience targeting, budget management, creative brief development, and ongoing optimization.
• Provide in-depth performance analysis, delivering clear reporting and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with our content team to ensure ad creatives are optimized for performance and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Manage and allocate a dedicated budget efficiently to maximize results and scale our advertising efforts responsibly.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven expertise in managing and scaling paid Meta advertising campaigns for e-commerce fashion businesses, with a strong track record of meeting ROAS goals.
• Deep understanding of the Meta Advertising platform, including ads management, audiences and targeting options, campaign objectives, bidding strategies, and ad units.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic insights and recommendations.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategy, performance, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively.
