Role: Oracle Supply Planning Cloud - S&OP Consultant

Job Description:

As an Oracle Supply Planning Cloud Functional Consultant , you will play a critical role in helping organizations optimize their supply chain planning processes using Oracle's cloud-based solutions. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Supply Planning Cloud applications, ensuring that clients achieve their supply chain objectives efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Implementation :
  • Work closely with clients to understand their supply chain planning needs and translate them into Oracle Supply Planning Cloud solutions.
  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Supply Planning Cloud modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
  • Configure the Oracle Supply Planning Cloud application to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Business Process Improvement :
  • Analyze existing supply chain processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Supply Planning Cloud with other Oracle Cloud applications and legacy systems.
  • Provide expertise in supply chain planning processes, including forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning).
  • Project Management & Client Engagement :
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure clients are equipped to use the Oracle Supply Planning Cloud effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation, ensuring the smooth operation of Oracle Supply Planning Cloud solutions.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting :
  • Utilize Oracle Supply Planning Cloud’s reporting tools to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key supply chain metrics.
  • Training & Documentation :
  • Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Train client teams on the use of Oracle Supply Planning Cloud, ensuring they can independently manage and optimize their supply chain processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience :
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle Supply Planning Cloud or similar supply chain planning software.
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting demand planning solutions in a supply chain environment.
  • Proven track record of successful Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Skills :
  • Expertise in Oracle Supply Planning Cloud, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time
