Oracle employee development coordinator, $65,000- $90,000 Yearly

R+L Carriers is actively seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated Oracle Employee Development Coordinator. The Oracle Employee Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of employee training and development programs within an Oracle-based environment. This role ensures employees are provided with opportunities to grow professionally, align their skills with business objectives, and maximize the use of Oracle Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities Will Include

  • Assist in managing the Learning and Employee Development Modules in Oracle HCM.
  • Focus on employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Develop surveys, focus groups, and feedback channels to measure employee satisfaction and motivation.
  • Collaborate with HR to implement development initiatives that enhance employee morale and retention.
  • Track employee progress and ensure all employees have access to growth and development resources.
  • Support the development and facilitation of new hire onboarding.
  • Manage employee enrollment, attendance tracking and completion records for employee development programs.
  • Generate reports on program participating, completion rates and employee development outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Oracle Talent Modules and provide support to users Promote corporate image and culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in employee development, training coordination, or HR roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) or Oracle Learning Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of LMS administration and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Experience in a corporate training or organizational development environment.
  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting using Oracle BI tools.
