Evolution Sports Group is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Online Skincare Advisor / Virtual Esthetic Assistant to join our growing team. As an Online Skincare Advisor / Virtual Esthetic Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and skincare advice to our clients through virtual consultations. You will work closely with our team of estheticians and skincare experts to assist clients in choosing the right products and treatments for their specific needs. Your role will also involve providing support to our clients throughout their skincare journey and maintaining strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations with clients to understand their skincare concerns and goals
- Recommend appropriate products and treatments based on clients' needs and preferences
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and techniques
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with our team of estheticians and skincare experts to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
- Assist with developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our skincare services and products
- Stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
- Esthetician or skincare certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skincare or esthetician role
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to conduct virtual consultations and provide recommendations remotely
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools
- Passion for skincare and helping others achieve their skincare goals
