Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager with high level of professionalism. This person will manage day-to-day office functions, assist with light bookkeeping, support the leadership team, and help ensure a welcoming and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment and supplies
  • Assist with occasional support tasks for the executive team
  • Handle light bookkeeping and expense tracking using QuickBooks
  • Review legal documents and contracts for basic accuracy and compliance
  • Support vendors, schedule maintenance, and oversee general office logistics
  • Ensure the office remains stocked, clean, and functional

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks
  • Solid math skills and financial comfort
  • Confidence using office technology and software
  • Experience reviewing contracts, legal documents, or other formal documentation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
