Now Hiring: Tax Strategy Attorney
Are you an experienced Tax Attorney who loves helping small to mid-sized businesses and high-net-worth individuals reduce their tax burden and plan for long-term success? Do you enjoy strategic thinking over compliance grunt work?
If you're passionate about advising, educating, and planning — not just preparing — this could be the perfect fit. And because this role is fully remote , you can work with clients nationwide from wherever you're most productive.
Let's be clear — we're not hiring for:
Tax controversy or IRS dispute work
Compliance-heavy roles or audit defense
Heads-down tax prep or seasonal crunch work
This is not about filing returns all day.
This is a strategic advisory role for attorneys who love guiding clients, planning ahead, and building long-term relationships.
Serve as a trusted tax advisor to a portfolio of business and individual clients
Proactively plan strategies to reduce tax liability and support long-term financial goals
Conduct ongoing monthly client sessions plus an in-depth onboarding consultation
Stay current on tax law and evaluate legislative changes that may impact your clients
Review (or oversee) business and personal tax returns through a strategic lens
Help clients understand and act on tax strategies with confidence
A licensed attorney with 5–8 years of experience focused on tax strategy
Skilled at translating complex tax concepts into clear client-friendly guidance
Relationship-driven — you care about helping clients succeed, not just check boxes
A CPA or have strong accounting fluency (preferred but not required)
Organized, efficient, and confident managing multiple long-term client relationships
You love being a thought partner to business owners
You want to ditch the grind of tax season for meaningful, year-round planning
You're ready to build long-term relationships , not just process paperwork
You're energized by teaching and guiding , not just telling
You want to work with people who value strategy, trust, and clarity
You're excited about the flexibility and reach of a fully remote role
We believe exceptional talent deserves exceptional rewards. This role offers a lucrative, client-focused compensation model with steady, year-round work — no more burnout-heavy tax seasons. As you build lasting client relationships and deliver high-impact strategies, your income can grow well beyond traditional salary ranges. We'll walk you through the full earning potential during our conversation so you'll see exactly how your expertise can translate into outstanding financial rewards.
If you're ready to step into a role where your expertise truly shapes your clients' success — and you want the freedom of working remotely with people who value strategy, clarity, and trust — we'd love to hear from you.
