Job Title

Director, Carat FX Product Delivery

What does a successful Director, Carat FX Product Delivery do at Fiserv?

You will have significant responsibility in leading the continued growth of the Carat FX products around the world.  You will be responsible for managing the delivery of new FX solutions through new partnerships, channels, and geographies.  You will play a key role in managing the portfolio for FX products across North America, EMEA, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.

What you will do:

• Lead the product delivery function for the Carat FX product family, including new product delivery, channel expansion, and leading geographic expansion initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across technology and support (boarding, billing, platforms, reporting, etc.) to deliver an end-to-end product solution and experience.
• Lead products go-to-market required to launch our FX products
• Creates and maintains strategic partnerships to enable new distribution channels.
• Partner with other FX product team members to design and build new solutions.
• Perform strategic reviews of the FX product suite – understanding market trends, client and partner channel demand, competitive landscape, etc. to inform the strategy.
• Prepare management presentation documents to update initiatives, outline solutions/recommendations to challenges, and to help educate senior stakeholders.

What you will need to have:

• 8 years of experience in Product Management or Payment Consulting.
• Relevant experience in the payments industry
• Experience working large, global banks a plus, and/or prior client leadership roles.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, or other similar tools.

What would be great to have:

• Experience with FX products
• Multi-lingual skills (Spanish)

How you will work:

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Salary Range

$155,000.00 - $258,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company’s sole discretion.
