We are a professional family (both in healthcare/engineering fields) recently relocated to Terre Haute. We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and engaging nanny for our toddler. Safety, development, and emotional well-being are top priorities for us. Responsibilities: * Full-time care of toddler (feeding, playtime, naps, hygiene) * Age-appropriate developmental activities (reading, music, outdoor play) * Light meal prep and tidying related to the child * Open communication with parents throughout the day Our Ideal Nanny: * Experienced with toddlers (at least 3-5 years preferred) * CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to complete) * Background check and references required * Fluent in English; Hindi/Urdu/Tamil/Bengali a plus * Warm, patient, and proactive * Non-smoker; must have reliable transportation Bonus: * Prior experience with families from Indian/South Asian background is a strong plus * Flexible with occasional evenings (if parents on call) * Willing to grow with the family over time We believe in mutual respect and creating a positive, supportive relationship with our caregiver.
