Sales Ambassador

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Ambassador to join our growing team. This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced salesperson in the multifamily space.

As a sales Ambassador, you will focus on bringing in new relationships and business while supporting the sales process and learning the skills to run the full sales cycle. This position is ideal for individuals who are determined, competitive, and eager to grow within a company that invests in its people. In addition to cold outreach, we are looking for someone who is a social butterfly who attends events on a regular basis (hence "Hybrid role"). There is no "in-office", it is completely remote, but we are looking for someone in the GA/FL area.

TLDR: We are looking for someone with current multifamily sales experience and a book of business to come in and kill it right out the gate.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold Outreach: Utilize calls, texts, emails, and social media to connect with prospects and set appointments.
  • Tap in to your existing book of business to set appointments with multifamily owners and decision makers.
  • Event attendance to build relationships and network.
  • CRM Management: Document all interactions and relevant information (contact details, company profiles, etc.) in the CRM system to maintain an organized pipeline.
  • Sales Process Support: Shadow calls, listen to meetings, and assist in follow-up scheduling to develop your skills and support the team.
  • Training & Development: Actively participate in training sessions and feedback loops to refine your sales acumen and continue to learn and handle more of the sales playbook.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to enhance outreach strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Strategic Ambassadors, CRO, and the sales team to align efforts with overall sales goals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on outreach activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a salesperson in the multifamily industry.
  • A track record of success in cold outreach and appointment setting to fill your own pipeline.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Tech-savvy, with familiarity using CRM tools such as Dynamics 365.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
