What You Will Do• Work company generated purchase and refinance leads
• Build and manage a strong pipeline
• Advise clients on loan options and mortgage strategy
• Submit complete files with support from loan coordinators
• Partner with processors and leadership to close loans fast
• Deliver a high-trust consultative experience to every client
What We Are Looking For• Active NMLS license
• At least one year experience as a loan officer
• Strong communicator and closer
• Purchase experience preferred
• Broker experience a plus but not required
• Must be licensed or willing to become licensed in our states
CompensationCommission based earnings
