Role Overview

We are seeking a Medical Officer (OB/GYN or PCP/Family Physician) with strong clinical experience and a passion for AI innovation in healthcare. You will be the clinical compass for our products, ensuring they are safe, effective, and aligned with best practices.

The ideal candidate is a practicing physician in or near San Jose, CA , though remote collaboration is possible for outstanding candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Integration : Collaborate with AI, product, and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and evidence-based design of gynecology and family health modules.
• Medical Protocols & Compliance : Oversee protocols for HIPAA, GDPR, and SaMD standards.
• Data Validation : Validate case studies, clinical models, and insights to ensure real-world relevance.
• Patient Safety & Support : Define safety frameworks for AI-driven recommendations.
• Research & Innovation : Lead clinical research initiatives and co-develop conference/journal outputs.
• Advisor & Network Building : Help expand our network of clinical advisors and early adopters.
• Education & Training : Support customer-facing teams with medical knowledge and training.

What We’re Looking For

• Education : MD, DO, or equivalent (Family Medicine or Gynecology preferred).
• Experience :
• 5+ years in clinical practice.
• 2+ years exposure to digital health, clinical research, or tech-enabled care preferred.
• Knowledge : Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, SaMD. Bonus: EHR systems, HL7 FHIR, wearable data.
• Skills : Bridge the clinical and technical worlds; strong communicator; collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Prior involvement in AI, ML, or digital health innovation .
• Experience integrating wearables or remote monitoring into clinical workflows.
• Ability to contribute to clinical publications and represent company at medical forums.
• Passion for female health innovation and family health outcomes.
