Role/Responsibilities
The Mechanical Engineer will ensure business continuity in product development, validation, and support for the Infusion Pump platform. The role requires expertise in part & product design, V&V activities, and manufacturing transfer.
• Execute mechanical changes including part and product designs, BOM updates.
• Support Sustenance Engineering and component obsolescence.
• Lead V&V efforts including test protocol creation and test method validations.
• Provide risk file updates for system and subsystem levels.
• Support design transfer and manufacturing activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors.
• Mentor and support onboarding of new team members.
• Participate in cross-functional discussions (TRB/CCB/CIT).
• Conduct and support design reviews (Technical & Final).
• Perform risk reviews (PRR, EBRR).

Pay Range Minimum: $38.46 per hour
Pay Range Maximum: $47.46 per hour

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
