Frette is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team, based out of our NYC office, working a hybrid schedule, 3 days in office.

Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will support the implementation and execution of marketing strategies across retail wholesale channels. This role requires a strong understanding of brand positioning, marketing operations, and retail dynamics, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to elevate brand presence and drive sales performance.Responsible for the execution of activities and reporting of ROI.

Retail Marketing

  • Support the execution of retail marketing campaigns by coordinating the development and deployment of both in-store and out-of-store selling tools, signage, and brand-aligned guidelines. This includes materials for product launches, store anniversaries, clienteling initiatives, partnership events, and seasonal activations.
  • Liaise with corporate teams, brand/retail partners and store managers to ensure the timely and accurate delivery, implementation, and feedback collection of all marketing initiatives and tools.
  • Partner with mall marketing teams to coordinate marketing activities in key markets.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with the global marketing calendar and overall brand strategy.
  • Support with the tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), including event attendance, sales conversion, campaign costs, and return on investment (ROI), providing insights for ongoing optimization.

Wholesale Marketing

  • Collaborate with wholesale partners and sales teams to deliver marketing assets and seasonal toolkits that align with brand guidelines and product collections.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives such as advertising, events, pop-up activations along with managing timelines and tracking performance.
  • Ensure consistency in brand representation across third-party retail channels and point-of-sale environments.

Project Management and Marketing Support

  • Maintain marketing calendars and trackers to ensure deadlines are met across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Liaise with graphic design, PR, digital marketing team, commercial teams to develop creative briefs for projects.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to execute tools that support marketing initiatives such as invitations, guides, mall marketing assets, catalogs and more.
  • Support the Marketing Manager with operational tasks including but not limited to budget tracking, ROI reporting, and market action plans.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay current on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in the luxury or retail industries.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Monday.com/Project Management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a cross-functional environment and communicating professionally via emails, video calls and phone calls.
  • Passion for luxury goods and an appreciation of brand heritage and storytelling.
