Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Inspector to join our clients growing team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for inspecting small precision parts using a microscope and specialized lighting equipment to ensure strict quality standards are met.

Hours: 7am-3:30pm

Shift: Monday-Friday

Starting pay rate range: $24-$25/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect small components and assemblies under a microscope/light.
• Identify defects, irregularities, and variances according to company standards.
• Complete inspection documentation and maintain detailed records.
• Communicate inspection results clearly to supervisors and production staff.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience inspecting small parts or working in a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Comfortable working with microscopes, magnifiers, or small hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
