Maintenance Technician – Multifamily Properties

Location: Spartanburg, South Carolina

Pay Range: $22–$30/hour (based on experience)

We’re currently seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help support our growing portfolio.

Position Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the physical integrity of our properties. You’ll be responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment, helping ensure our residents experience safe and enjoyable living conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in the following areas:
• HVAC systems (preferred certification or strong experience)
• Electrical systems
• Plumbing repairs
• Carpentry and drywall work
• Appliance repair and troubleshooting
• Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Conduct preventative maintenance to avoid future problems
• Assist with unit turnovers and renovations
• Ensure safety procedures and company standards are followed
• Provide on-call support on a rotating schedule (as needed)

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• HVAC Certification (EPA Universal or similar) strongly preferred
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
