Job Summary:
The Medical Social Worker (MSW) provides therapeutic interventions, psychosocial support, and discharge planning for patients and families in a hospital setting. The role ensures continuity of care from hospital to community by addressing social determinants of health and coordinating resources.

Schedule: 5*7.50 37.50 hrs/week.

Pay Range: $50.00 – $55 per hour (depending on experience)
