Key Responsibilities:
Manage residential real estate files from open to close.
Communicate with clients, lenders & realtors.
Draft, review, and prepare real estate documents.
Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships.
Work collaboratively with other team members.
Qualifications:
Experience working in a real estate environment (required)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and client service abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fast learner who can adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
A plus: experience with estate planning
Experience with Qualia (software)
