Laboratory Assistant
Location: - Stony Brook, NY 11794

Duration: - 13 Weeks

Pay rate: - $20 - $22/hr W2.

Shift: - 5X8hrs (7A-3P,3P-11P,11P-7A)

MISC: REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKEND. They will have rotating days off.

Responsibilities of Laboratory Assistant :

• Performs specimen handling, labeling, and processing activities in accordance with established laboratory protocols and procedures.
• Utilizes both manual and computerized systems to support laboratory operations and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assists in preparing, organizing, and distributing samples and materials to designated work areas or departments.
• Follows all institutional policies, safety procedures, and regulatory guidelines to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.

Requirements for Laboratory Assistant:

• 6+ months of experience.
