Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Junior Marketing Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in New York, New York.

Duties:

• Own smaller, week-to-week projects such as: weekly push notifications
• Kick off projects and manage end-to-end delivery
• Ensure designers meet deadlines
• Liaise with lifecycle marketing leads
• Locate assets/key art in Google Drive and Box
• Upload/download assets to shared systems for design team access
• Manage timelines and prioritize creative asset delivery
• Maintain Airtable base as the single source of truth for incoming requests
• Consolidate and reconcile feedback from multiple stakeholders
• Deliver feedback diplomatically to creatives
• Push back when scope/timelines are at risk

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 2+ years project management experience
• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing workflows
• Lifecycle marketing is a strong plus such as: emails, newsletters, win-back and retention campaigns
• Current project managers who are okay with junior scope/comp package
• Strong Airtable experience, must confidently manage/maintain bases
• Familiarity with Google Drive, Box asset management basics
• Collaborative, personable, dependable
• Can soften feedback to creatives
• Confident with senior stakeholders, VP-level
• Knows when to push back professionally

The approximate pay range for this position is between $29.00 and $42.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
