Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our Tempe office. This role is focused on building strong relationships with dental practices, ensuring they see value from Toothio, and growing those accounts over time. You will be directly responsible for helping practices succeed while identifying opportunities to expand their use of our services.

This is a great role for someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced, scrappy environment and wants to learn quickly while making a direct impact.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain relationships with dental practices using Toothio
• Drive retention by ensuring practices continue using Toothio after their first experience
• Help accounts maximize success by introducing them to additional services such as our permanent recruiting solution Mel
• Identify opportunities to increase account value through upsells and deeper engagement
• Partner with internal teams including sales, product, and operations to ensure customer needs are heard and addressed
• Act as a trusted resource for our dental partners, answering questions, sharing best practices, and supporting their staffing goals

• Bonus points for SaaS, marketplace, or dental industry experience
