Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Junior NetSuite Administrator to support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our NetSuite ERP system. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on NetSuite experience who is ready to make a meaningful impact on critical business operations. You will collaborate with senior team members to resolve issues, manage user accounts, assist with system configurations, and contribute to implementing best practices in NetSuite administration.
Essential Functions
· Manage and monitor integrations between NetSuite, Celigo, and other connected platforms.
· Ensure data integrity by overseeing data loads, setting up new items, and other system inputs.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand system requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
· Create and modify saved searches, reports, and dashboards to support business needs.
· Assist with user account setup, role maintenance, and permission troubleshooting in NetSuite.
· Support end users by answering questions, resolving tickets, and escalating complex problems to our third-party NetSuite partner.
· Maintain system documentation, user guides, and process workflows.
· Participate in testing and implementation of new features, enhancements, and system integrations.
Education & Experience Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 2–5 years of experience working with NetSuite or another ERP system.
· Strong understanding of ERP systems and core business processes (e.g., finance, inventory, order management).
· Proficient in Excel.
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a passion for process improvement.
· Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
· Hands-on experience with NetSuite roles, permissions, saved searches and workflows.
· Exposure to NetSuite integrations or third-party applications.
· Knowledge of SuiteScript or other scripting languages is a plus.
· Interest in pursuing NetSuite Administrator Certification.
