Job Title: IT Help Desk / Desktop Support Analyst (VIP Support)

Location: Arlington, VA (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide technical assistance to end users, including VIP executives . The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling high-priority IT issues with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Offer white-glove IT support to VIP users, ensuring quick resolutions and minimal disruptions .
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, and mobile device issues.
  • Assist users with password resets, system access, and software installations .
  • Document issues, solutions, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling VIP requests.
  • Set up and support executive meetings, video conferencing, and specialized IT needs .

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in an IT support or desktop support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and mobile device management .
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience supporting VIP users is a plus.
  • CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are preferred.
