About the Job
The EI Group is seeking a knowledgeable and hardworking Inside Sales Specialist to support our Business Development Team, internal field staff as well as our broad client base. We have an immediate opening for an individual with a marketing/branding background and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, sometimes under a tight deadline. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing marketing functions such as; proposal creation, assisting in the management of EI’s Customer Re-Engagement Program (CRP), maintaining brand integrity throughout all forms of media, database management, email marketing, social media communications, conference scheduling and logistics, proposal development, proofreading/editing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO - Google Adwords/Analytics). The ideal candidate may also have graphic and web design experience working in programs such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator as well as Wordpress. A bachelor’s degree in marketing and business management or communications is preferred, but relevant job experience will be carefully considered.
Required Qualifications
· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
· Familiarity with Google Adwords and Google Analytics
· Familiarity with social media (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
· Familiarity with conference logistics and shipping
· Ability to think critically and analyze problems
· Effective oral and written communication skills
· Demonstrated writing and editing skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Proficiency with MS Word
· Experience with Wordpress
· Experience with Adobe Software Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
· Experience with email marketing platforms (ie. Constant Contact)
