**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a Maintenance Technician working within a GMP facility. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing stainless steel biopharma equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. **Responsibilities** + Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment. + Collaborate with co-workers to determine root cause of failures and implement corrective actions to avoid future events. + Maintain operation of cGMP utility equipment, including HVAC, Dust Collection, Coolers, Air Compressors, Lighting, Electrical, and Water/Plumbing systems. + Order and requisition machine parts, equipment, and other supplies to maintain and replenish stock. + Support the training of maintenance and operations employees. + Write or modify Preventative Maintenance (PM) procedures. + Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair problems promptly while performing scheduled Preventative Maintenance. + Demonstrate excellence in maintenance functions and understanding of motors, valves, heat exchangers, instrumentation, pumps, agitators, alignments, seal replacement, chillers, boilers, and various tools. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience. + 2+ years of experience with motors, valves, pumps, agitators, chillers, boilers, and hydraulic press. + 2+ years of preventative maintenance experience. + Electrical troubleshooting. + PLC troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in PLC Programming. **Why Work Here?** We offer a direct hire position with competitive pay and generous benefits.
