**Job Title:** Industrial Maintenance Technician **Location:** East Cleveland **Pay:** $28-$35/hr **Shift:** 2nd (1pm-9pm) ($1.50 shift differential) **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to provide emergency and unscheduled repairs during production, as well as perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. You will be required to follow a PM schedule, handle 480v 3-phase electrical wiring, and troubleshoot industrial machines, especially rolling machines. Basic facility maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and providing general office support, will also be part of your responsibilities. **Responsibilities** + Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs during production. + Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment. + Handle 480v 3-phase electrical wiring. + Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery, particularly rolling machines. + Perform basic facility maintenance tasks. + Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders. + Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments. + Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment. + Identify faulty or unsafe operations and report them to supervision. + Comply with and enforce all safety regulations. + Maintain clean and orderly work areas. + Manage and record work using a computerized PM and Work Request System. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience. + Mechanical troubleshooting of pneumatics and hydraulics. + Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting up to 480-volt, 3-phase. + Experience with multimeter testing. + Understanding of safety protocols such as Lock Out/Tag Out, Confined Space, SDS, OSHA regulations. + Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. + Proficiency in using hand and electrical tools. + Ability to operate man lifts and lift trucks. + Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automation are a plus + Welding skills are a plus. + Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment utilizing hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company that supports state and federal agencies, including military and law enforcement. We have openings 2nd shift (1pm-9pm) with a $1.50 shift differential. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Cleveland, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
