Job Description

We are seeking for Construction Project Manager for our client.

In this role, you’ll coordinate, manage, and oversee all aspects of industrial construction projects

(CHEMICAL PROCESSING, FOOD MANUFACTURING, CLEAN ENERGY,ADVANCED MATERIALS) from kickoff to completion. You’ll be a key decision-maker and communicator, helping ensure every project meets our high standards for quality, safety, and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring projects are executed according to contract documents, design specs, and engineering standards—on time and within budget.
  • Managing budgets, schedules, change orders, and documentation with precision and care.
  • Facilitating clear communication between engineers, contractors, vendors, and customers.
  • Monitoring progress, staffing, invoices, and submittals while keeping everyone informed.
  • Planning and sequencing contractor activities and guiding subcontractors on execution.
  • Collaborating to resolve construction and design challenges as they arise.
  • Promoting a safe jobsite and ensuring compliance with all safety codes.
  • Working closely with others to deliver high-quality results that exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial construction, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with manufacturing clients, especially in chemical or advanced materials environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, P&IDs, flow diagrams, and process data sheets.
  • Familiarity with engineering documentation and approval processes.
  • Hands-on experience in process construction (equipment installation, piping, mechanical systems, E&I, utilities).
  • Bonus: Experience with industrial building components like civil, concrete, steel, MEP, and fire protection.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and other business tools.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to being an active part of our small-firm culture.

Leadership & Work Environment

You’ll lead contractors on job sites and be responsible for their performance and coordination. This role involves both office and onsite work, with regular communication and planning across teams.

  • Regular sitting, talking, and hearing.
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Occasionally lifting and moving up to 25 pounds.
