Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a bilingual Warehouse Inventory Specialist for a leading artificial turf and floorcovering distribution client. This full-time position is onsite near Austin, TX.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a proactive and bilingual Inventory Specialist to oversee operations in a busy distribution warehouse. This role is key in ensuring inventory accuracy, customer service excellence, and daily operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and ready to support both administrative and warehouse functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily office and warehouse operations including inventory, invoicing, and supplies
• Create and maintain accurate sales orders, invoices, and inventory records
• Load materials (including 50 lb sand bags) as needed and maintain a clean, safe facility
• Respond to customer inquiries in-person and over the phone, ensuring excellent service
• Coordinate sample shipments and maintain inventory of marketing materials
• Facilitate warehouse maintenance and repairs, ensuring a welcoming space for staff and visitors

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Gmail
• Experience using AS400 or similar systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
• Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or office/warehouse supervisory roles preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This position offers an hourly pay range of $24.00 – $26.50, plus eligibility for an annual retention bonus of $2,000 to $5,000/yr. Additional benefits and perks may be discussed during the interview process.
