Responsibilities

• Manage all sensitive and complex HR operations throughout the employee life - cycle, covering on - boarding, leave & accommodation handling, compliance, payroll, benefits, and off - boarding
• Provides HR support in organizational change initiatives including talent acquisition, communications, terminations, promotions and new hires
• Compliance with all current employment laws, guides and advises managers on USA employment law matters
• Investigates and resolves a variety of employee relations issues (e.g., EEOC claims, harassment, discrimination, ethics, resolve, etc.)
• Partner with HQ and People Business Partners on employee engagement and retention strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
• Experience of working in a fast - paced, high - scale organization, preferably in the tech, entertainment industry
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations and HR best practices
• Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development
