Pay: $29.00 – 34.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
About the Role
The Human Resources Analyst I/II will support a wide variety of functions within the company’s Human Resources program, including recruitment and staffing, employee training and development, and performance management. This position plays a key administrative role and works closely with analysts, managers, and other stakeholders to help ensure smooth execution of HR operations and initiatives.
You will be part of a progressive and customer-focused HR team that supports over 400 employees at all career stages, from entry-level interns to senior executives—across various technical fields. The team is integral to the agency’s strategic goals, which include workforce planning, performance management, and talent development.
