Job Description

Position Details:

• Location: McLean, VA
• Duration: 6 Months
• Experience Required: 10+ Years
• Title: Generative AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Generative AI Models using GANs, VAEs, and transformer-based architectures
• Optimize Model Performance for efficiency, scalability, and accuracy in real-world applications
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams including product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and implement solutions
• Document Models and Workflows with clear and comprehensive technical documentation
• Explain AI Concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in a concise and impactful way
• Mentor and Support Junior Engineers , offering technical leadership and guidance
• Integrate AI Models into Systems , aligning with business goals and existing tech infrastructure
• Perform Data Preprocessing and Analysis , including cleaning, feature extraction, and model input preparation

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong academic or professional background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning
• Expert proficiency in Python and strong grasp of data structures and algorithms
• Extensive experience in Machine Learning & Deep Learning with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Deep expertise in Generative AI , including GANs , VAEs , and transformer-based models
• Solid experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for text-based generation models
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
