Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight : Manage the overall operation and maintenance of HVAC systems in commercial, industrial, or residential settings. Ensure systems are functioning efficiently and effectively.

  • Budget Management : Develop and manage budgets for HVAC systems, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards. Understand the KPI's and drive them in the right direction.

  • Team Leadership : Supervise and coordinate the work of HVAC technicians and staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Customer Relations : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction with services provided.

  • Compliance and Safety : Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, including the proper disposal of hazardous materials.
  • Strategic Planning : Formulate and implement strategic plans for the HVAC department, aligning with the overall goals of the organization.
  • Problem Solving : Providing resolutions to any customer or team member concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications


    • Experience : A minimum of 5 years in the HVAC industry, with experience in a leadership role preferred.
    • Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of HVAC systems, principles, and maintenance procedures.

    • Leadership Skills : Excellent leadership and managerial skills to effectively manage teams and projects.

    • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, staff, and suppliers.

    • Problem-Solving Abilities : Ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.

  • Pay is 90-100K annually.
