We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a senior leader within our client’s team in the insurance industry . This is a contract role (3+ months) with the potential to be extended. The position is hybrid , requiring 3 days onsite in Jersey City, NJ.
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be the right hand to a key leader, handling complex scheduling, high-level administrative support, travel coordination, and confidential communication with senior executives and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
