Job Description

Executive Office Administrator | Lenexa, KS

On-site | Full-time

Rate: $25.00 - $30.00/hr. on W2 + Benefits

Bright Minds is proud to partner with our leading engineering client in search of an Executive Office Administrator to support executive leadership and ensure smooth office operations at their Lenexa operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrative professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the center of operations. You’ll play a key role in managing the front office, supporting high-level executives, and contributing to the overall culture and efficiency of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and internal staff, delivering a professional and welcoming experience
  • Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle complex travel arrangements
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, mail, facilities, and vendor coordination
  • Assist with internal events and communications, supporting employee engagement and culture-building
  • Prepare meeting materials and ensure leadership is well-informed and organized
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Skills:

  • Prior experience in administrative support, preferably within engineering, construction, or a field-based industry
  • Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams)
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of professionalism and discretion
