We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse events, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion. This role requires excellent organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate, private, and promotional events.

  • Coordinate logistics such as venues, catering, materials, and equipment.

  • Maintain communication with vendors and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.

  • Support on-site event management and handle last-minute adjustments efficiently.

  • Prepare post-event reports, feedback summaries, and documentation.

  • Contribute creative ideas to improve event quality and guest satisfaction.
