About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event and Brand Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the coordination of brand initiatives, assist with event planning and execution, and help ensure that every brand experience reflects our company’s values and goals. Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning, organization, and execution of company events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Assist in coordinating event logistics including setup, registration, vendor communication, and on-site support.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement branding strategies and promotional campaigns.
Maintain event materials, branded merchandise, and marketing collateral.
Provide administrative support for brand projects and team operations.
Help manage event schedules, timelines, and budgets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude when representing the brand.
