Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Deployment Tech/Shipping Coordinator to manage the shipping and logistics of our technology equipment. This role is essential to ensure timely, accurate, and secure delivery of equipment to end users.
This is a 5 month project, onsite in Philadelphia, PA, Monday to Friday.
Day to Day Includes:
Equipment Packaging & Preparation
Ensure all equipment is properly packaged, labeled, and ready for shipment according to company standards.
Shipping & Dispatching:
Coordinate and process outgoing shipments for Fedex to ensure timely and accurate delivery/deadlines.
Inventory Management:
Track and maintain inventory levels of shipping supplies (boxes, tape, labels, etc.) and coordinate reordering when necessary.
Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare packing slips. Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
Equipment Inspection:
Inspect equipment for damage prior to shipment and report any discrepancies or issues to the relevant departments.
Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all outgoing shipments, including delivery confirmations and returns.

-open to recent graduates -previous shipping/equipment deployment experience is a plus
-BA Degree
