We're Hiring: Epic Application Manager – Ancillary

Location : Hybrid (Onsite T/W/Th, Remote M/F)

Contract: 6-Months (Great chance for conversion to full time)

Schedule : 8 AM - 5 PM

Join us as an Epic Application Manager – Ancillary , where you’ll lead a team of analysts to deliver high-quality system services and drive innovation across our integrated delivery network (IDN).

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations and workload tracking across your team
• Lead client-facing discussions to align business direction with IT strategy
• Collaborate with IT leadership to resolve issues and foster a positive work environment
• Coach and develop team members through goal setting, feedback, and training
• Support Epic and IT executive leadership with timely updates and stakeholder engagement
• Identify and communicate escalated issues impacting the IDN
• Drive budget planning and application improvements to enhance customer experience
• Monitor and manage capital and operational budgets
• Stay current with technology trends and apply new skills to team initiatives

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in health information systems, Business Administration, or Computer Information
• 5+ years working with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• 3+ years of leadership experience (preferred: 5+ years)
• Advanced understanding of systems concepts and IT problem-solving
• Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills
• Knowledge of healthcare processes and regulatory requirements (preferred)
