Entry level Litigation Attorney – Full-Time

Our growing, well-respected 8-attorney litigation firm in Milwaukee is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney, with an emphasis on personal injury and general litigation, to join our team full-time.

What We’re Looking For:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience (civil litigation preferred) with an emphasis on personal injury and general litigation
• Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents
• Skilled in managing all phases of discovery, including taking and defending depositions
• Strong motion practice skills and courtroom advocacy
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively both independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational skills and sound legal judgment
• Ability to develop relationships with the team and clients
• Wisconsin bar admission (or eligibility for admission)
•  Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
